Annie Frances Styling - Terms & Conditions This agreement is made between Annie Frances Styling (“Stylist”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) for the styling services provided.

1. Services

Annie Frances Styling offers two service packages: The Capsule and The Signature. Each includes a Closet Audit, optional Try-On Session, and a personalized digital Style Portal with a minimum of 30 curated outfit combinations using the client's wardrobe and recommended items.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  1. Ensure their wardrobe is accessible and clothing is clean and organized for the Closet Audit.

  2. Be punctual and respectful of scheduled appointments.

  3. Communicate any rescheduling needs with at least 72 hours’ notice.

  4. Notify Annie immediately if running late or unable to attend an appointment.

3. Appointment Policies

  1. Rescheduling: Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the Stylist and may incur a $150 rescheduling fee.

  2. Lateness: If the Client is more than 15 minutes late, the Stylist reserves the right to reschedule the session and any related appointments. A rescheduling fee of $150 will apply. Client must call to notify Annie if they are running late.

  3. No-Shows or Late Cancellations: No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the session.

4. Returns on Purchased Items

If Annie purchases clothing or accessories on behalf of the Client:

  1. The Client must try on all items and communicate any returns **** given to Annie**** within 5 calendar days of the purchase date.

  2. After 5 days, all sales are considered final and non-returnable, and the Client assumes full responsibility for the item(s), including cost.

5. Payments & Late Fees

  1. All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  2. Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, credit card.

  3. Returned checks are subject to a $45 NSF fee.

  4. Invoices must be paid within 5 business days. A $50 late fee per month will apply to unpaid balances.

  5. A 3.5% service charge will be added to all invoices paid by credit card.

  6. If a balance remains unpaid after 1 month, the account may be sent to collections or pursued legally.

6. Style Portal & Deliverables

  1. Clients will receive access to their personalized Style Portal approximately 2 weeks after the Closet Audit and/or Try-On Session.

  2. The Portal will include at least 30 curated looks.

  3. Access to the Style Portal is available for a period of one year unless otherwise arranged.

7. Use of Client Images

Photographs taken of the Client’s wardrobe and styled outfits are used solely for the purpose of creating the Style Portal. These images are not used for marketing unless express written permission is granted by the Client. Copyright of all styled look compositions remains with Annie Frances Styling.

8. Styling Expertise Disclaimer

All outfit combinations and style recommendations are based on the professional expertise of Annie Frances. The Stylist is not liable for Client dissatisfaction, personal style differences, or the inclusion/exclusion of specific garments or looks. The Client acknowledges that styling is a subjective service.

9. Safety & In-Home Sessions

For in-home appointments, the Client agrees to provide a safe, respectful, and private environment. The Stylist reserves the right to terminate the session without refund if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. No other individuals should be present without prior notice or approval.

10. Failure to Perform

In the unlikely event that the Stylist is unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond her control, all efforts will be made to reschedule. Liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding a portion of unused services at Annie’s sole discretion.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached through mediation, the matter will be resolved in a court of law in Cook County, Illinois, which will have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By checking the box at checkout, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. This acknowledgment serves as the Client’s electronic signature and is legally binding.
